However, the current production capacity of the production line is approaching its limit: the maximum output of the equipment is only 150kg/hour, and even if it runs continuously for 16 hours a day, it is still difficult to meet the expanding market demand. Previously, the customer had consulted multiple equipment suppliers and was informed that "150kg/hour is already the industry's upper limit", and the equipment is prone to overheating, wear and tear during long-term operation, seriously affecting the production stability and product consistency.   Technological breakthroughs: Three innovative directions to break through industry bottlenecks   Faced with customer challenges, Mr. Yang, the sales director of Zhonghong Machinery, quickly formed a technical team to carry out special research and development, and ultimately established three core technology upgrade paths: High frequency stable cutting technology: Traditional mechanical cutting has low transmission accuracy, with a cutting frequency of only 20-30 times per minute, and vibration can easily lead to defective products.
